Does anyone here do online gambling?

My cousin, who doesn't have internet access, was interested in placing a bet on the USC game tomorrow. I was going to let him do it from my computer. What are the mechanics involved in online gambling? Is it safe? If you win, how do they get the money to you? Are there any sites that you recommend?

2. I've gambled on a few on-line casinos
But never on sports so I don't really know how the sports books work. When I wanted to cash out my winnings on an on-line casino I had to fax them a copy of my I.D. to show them proof that I was old enough to gamble and to also verify that I was cashing out on the right account. After that they cut me a check and sent it to me in the mail.
