Security hole in Fla Lottery system revealed!
We in NC do not have a lottery. When I saw the Florida Lottery billboards on my way to visit my parents in Ft. Lauderdale for Christmas I had a flash of inspiration for the perfect crime: If I could buy TWO tickets instead of one, like everyone else, I would have twice as much chance of winning! I'm amazed no one else has thought of this before.

But how could I get my hands on two tickets for the same drawing?

After some research I discovered a security hole in the Florida Lottery system: The retailers don't check to see if you've already bought a ticket for that weeks drawing! All I had to do was don a wig, dark glasses and simply drive down the street to ANOTHER store. I'm a genius. (I was tempted to try and get three tickets...but I didn't have another disguise handy.)

While I did not win the jackpot, I feel guilty about my underhanded scheme to cheat the Florida taxpayers of their hard-earned loot. Therefore, I'm posting this message so that you DUers in Florida can fix the system before you get robbed blind.

You can thank me later.

2. Statistically, you have the same odds of winning the lottery
whether you play or not

5. Kidding aside, that's impossible.
I don't like lotteries, I think they are a tax on the stupid... but from a statistical standpoint how do you win without playing? (Other than the buck you saved.)

3. Just to show you how slick I am........
I've been buying five Lotto tickets at a time every time I play. Been getting away with it for years!
