Idea: How about musicians do a benefit concert a la "The Concert for

Bangladesh" or "Live Aid" to help raise money to aid in the recovery efforts of the tsunami tragedy? Springsteen, McCartney, Clapton, etc.?

...there will be long-term need for aid.


I've been thinking for several days about such a concert or fundraising effort. For starters, I would like U2 to donate a percentage of what they make from "How to Disassemble an Atomic Bomb" to the tsunami victims. Others welcome to join.

But an album or a concert definitely should be in the works.
