Here's what I'm considering:

Extreme Chocolate Cake


Ginger Cookie Cheesecake


Mocha Mud Cake garnished with Chocolate/Orange Sticks
(sorry, no picture) the sticks go around the cake like the above cheesecake

Pistachio Sex in a Pan

It's called Sex in a Pan, because it tastes that good. The pistachio is my own little variation. Sides - it's more Christmassy.

Those ginger cookies are made by hand - lots of work.

Any chance you might post the recipe? If it's common I guess I could search, but I'm so lazy!

Here's the chocolate version.

Base

1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Crushed Pecans
3 tbsp Sugar

Melt butter and stir into dry ingredients.
Press in to the base of a cake pan and bake at 350 F for 25 mins, or until just brown and firm.
Leave to cool completely

Topping

8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Icing Sugar
1 packet instant Chocolate Pudding
1 packet instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cups Milk
Whipping Cream
Chocolate Bar (best at room temperature for shaving)

Whisk together cream cheese and icing sugar. Spread over base.
Whisk together instant pudding mixes and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Cover the top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate flakes.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.

I substitute almonds for the pecans. Replace the chocolate pudding with pistachio pudding. It is unbelievably good.

And I won't eat Cheescake anyway, so I'm safe.
