most folks wont go for medium rare these days. I say its an insult to the animal and the chef if you get it anymore done...

As for lasagne I have a dozen homemade recipes, you wanna tango with that sista. mmmmmmmm... but for some reason whenever someone makes me lasagne I like theres better... so yeah you'd probably best me on that.

yummay.. now I have to go have a grilled cheese... with blue cheese on the side! its Buffalo, blue cheese goes on everything!

I always promise that I will never share my recipe...but I always end up telling people anyway. I find that most of what makes a recipe good is the cook who's following it. Three people could follow the same recipe and come out with three VERY different tasting results.
