Who is all right for a republican, he told the group I was with that he would vote against a gay marriage ban, and he really was critical of Rummy for what Rummy did to that soldier.

Which isn't saying one hell of a lot these days.

Glad to hear that he will vote against the anti-gay Federal Marriage Amendment...which I presume is what he's talking about. Very damn few Republicans are against it.

I like him, wouldn't vote for him but he seems like a good enough guy, I found out that he was against pushing the intel reform that Rove wanted to be passed by the election.

I don't see him being popular with republican primary voters if he actually wants to reach out to disinfected allies and opposing the gay marriage ban amendment.
