Punch Card Ballots Being Replaced In California
SACRAMENTO, CA September 22 (S Platt) California legislators are investigating ways to replace the punch card ballot system still in use to satisfy the ACLU. If agreement is reached, the gubernatorial recall election will be held October 7 as originally scheduled. Consultants are reviewing existing systems and networks with the goal of implementing a new system quickly with limited resources.
