ACK!!!!

I've already made three phone calls about it. I have a heavy coat on, a blanket in my lap and my fingers are so numb I can hardly type. I keep typing to keep them from going totally numb.

Can you believe this? And I don't mean the air conditioning is cycling on and off. I mean it is blowing NONSTOP. And has been all day.

It's still colder outside, but this office is giving the outside temp a run for its money. I have an indoor thermometer in here and it's 57 degrees in this room.

HELP!

1. OMG!
Me too! I'm sitting here in my coat freezing to death - unable to do much of anything cause I'm so cold. It was 80 outside yesterday but with the cold front only 48 today. :hi:

5. No it won't -
I've called the maintenance dude (I don't have a thermostat in here) and all I get is his voicemail. I think I may have frostbite!

8. Maybe we should go home early?
We certainly can't be expected to work in these conditions.

3. I've tried everything with the thermostat.
Nothing even affects it. I would go outside to warm up, but....

9. Locate the sub-panel in your office. more than likely the breakers will

be marked. If not, just as likely the A/C (depending how large your office is) will be on two pole breakers (40 or 50 amps) and switch them off. There's not many needs in an office for any other two pole 240 volt breakers. So it shouldn't be too hard to find (again, depending how large your office is).

And it sounds like you need to replace your thermostat sometime as well.
