Never Ask A Bored GI To Paint A Water Tower
A soldier in Iraq was instructed to paint a water tower in Iraq. He was probably PO'd at missing his beloved Tennessee Volunteer football season so he painted the tower in orange and white.

where do they get the orange and white paint, in significant quantity, when they barely even have enough WATER???
