DU is SO much better looking and more professional
than Free Republic's site, that it would embarrass me to be a freeper.

But then I forget, all the best creative people are Democrats.

On an unrelated note, I'm asking everybody to please kick this posting for me: I'm trying to create a huge network of people to share what we are finding out about the fraud in this election with everybody you know:

Thanks... now just go back to having fun!

1. I tend to agree....
What confuses me is why don't they just simply copy this format and refine it....

3. I think it has to do with admitting weakness.
If they change anything, then they are admitting that their way of doing things is inferior to some other person's method, software, etc. If there's anything about regressives, it's their phobia of change.

Also, the site would crash even more frequently than it does now.

4. I know why it's that way...
It underscores the notion that they are under seige. If their web-page looks like a scrap of paper torn from the last square on a roll of T.P. in a third world country, it appeals to the miltia minded, beseiged, freedom fighter, guerilla, snake-eating, techno-eschewing, primitivism urges in them. Their egos need this beseigment to thrive. Plaus, they get confused by too many colors.

They make people start doing crazy things...like...thinking.

5. Education, art, literature, etc are considered a waste of time to repugs
They want money and guns. And meat and taters for dinner.

8. Art is the guy down the block...

(not my quote)

10. An NRA member let me borrow some of his Am. Sportsman mags once
That's the NRA membership mag. One thing I noticed is that in every issue, within 15 pages of the front, there was either a full page ad for confederate paraphernalia or nazi paraphernalia. These are some radical dudes. Leads me to believe the majority of them are racist and anti-semitic.

11. You couldn't pay me to go to that site.
I looked at it twice and ended up showering for a week each time.

12. Having heard the term "freepers", I was curious...
enough to check out the site. I also wanted to see if they were talking about the possibility of election fraud, or being afraid that we were.
