Man Gets His License Suspended For 100 Years
<snip>

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- An Oregon man has had his driver's license suspended for 100 years.

He's also been sentenced to 13 months in prison, following his fourth drunken-driving conviction since 1996.

The Klamath County district attorney said the man is a liability to Oregon citizens when he gets in a vehicle.

1. Why not ban him from driving forever?
Don't tell me THAT would be a violation of his rights!

2. A 100 year ban effectively does just that.
He's not gonna be in any shape to drive in a hundred years.

3. good
I agree totally. These idiots are lucky they haven't killed anyone yet. I think we are too easy going on people who drink and drive.

6. I agree, but look at their role model ...
If drinking and driving and using coke is good enough for the president, why wouldn't it be good enough for the rest of us ...

4. Sad but true....Some people just can't drink and drive.
I've seen it myself, when someone that can't drive to begin with has a few drinks it becomes "Mr Magoo goes to town".

I can't advocate drinking and driving, but some are not as susceptible to judgmental impairment as others.
