3. No, I think Gore could win. Hillary in 2008 would be a big loss.

4. I doubt he'd do it
Q: Is this site an official Al Gore site?
A: No. AlGore-08.com is the creation of a grassroots, all volunteer organization that is in no way affiliated with, endorsed or funded by Al Gore, Gore 2000 or the Democratic party.

6. Gore in 08 would be a lot better than Hillary 08, a sure loser.

9. Hmm, well of the two people you just mentioned...
One of them actually was and is a sure loser, and the other has yet to be tested. Guess which is which?

7. honestly
with the way the RW spin machine works, we HAVE to use fresh candidates. If we used Al Gore, or Hillary, for that matter, all they have to do is open their file cabinets and get out the same stuff...lets at least make them WORK to sling mud at us

10. Well, since he said he wanted to avoid a replay of 2000...
And not "fight the last campaign", 2008 would be his chance.

The only thing is, that "campaigns should be about the future" ideal may not work in that election, either--as bad as so many things are liable to be by then. Just saving the nation in the PRESENT may be all he needs to run on!:eyes:

The "New Nixon" ended up being as bad as the old one, but I'll wager the "New Al" would be a WHOLE lot better!:D

B-)

12. ROFL . . . do you really think that they're going to let ANY Democrat . .
win the presidency in 2008? . . . when ALL states will have nothing but BBV? . . . they stole it in 2000, they stole it in 2002, and they REALLY stole it in 2004 . . . what makes anyone think that they won't steal it in 2008, no matter who we run? . . . will we ever learn? . . .
