1. And Vitamin C
I had like 10,000% of the DV. Yay for water soluble vitamins!

6. I bought some orange juice
I had been lacking lately. I don't take supplements.

Outside of NyQuil and the occasional aspirin, I don't take pills or drugs if I can absolutely avoid it.

11. I used to be like that too
But ever since I started taking a complete multi-vitamin suppliment, I really do feel better. Last year I felt groggy all the damn time, got sick nearly every month, and just tired easily. Vitamins seemed to help.
Then again, I'm going to take a stab and say you probably eat better than I do; college life ain't exactly the greatest place to eat healthy ay?

15. I eat healthy, yes
NEVER any fast food... Light suppers... Cheerios and skim milk for breakfast with a shot of juice.

I will start feeling better when I work out again. Exercise could make me feel in my 20's again.

What wore me down this week was:

Moving all of my stuff by myself over last weekend, rehearsals every week night, the election debacle, and work work work...

But I got a fat raise Friday, and despite getting sick, am in a better frame of mind than I have been in ages.

Sorry about confusing the two of you. I'm not feeling well today...my head feels rather largish.

I always like to chase my NyQuil with a Manhattan.

16. haven't tried it yet
I am targeting the living room, laundry, and the linens. When all of that is done... I will clean his box. The floor mat isn't helping his tracking as well as I had hoped. I should have splurged for the plastic one with the grid. I will do that next week.

26. Heh. I think I just really tensed up this week with all that went on.
Now I want my muscles to let go...and they're not listening. Got the heating pad on and the muscle relaxers to work. I had to work a bingo game (daughter's school) with a bunch of freeps and that's enough to wrench up anybody's back. :hi:

I don't normally "do" backaches so this is all new to me. I'm glad you are better though. I worry about you.

:hi:

28. thanks sweetie!
I am doing fine!

I have had a rough 3+ years, and now have stability and some semblance of security in my life again. Divorcing myself of a 20 year political and news junkie habit won't be easy, but it will be healthy.

Just keep yourself involved on the local level, and your kids will come out of this okay too. Forget the big national picture - that is out of our monetary and influence-grasp.

Get that rest, and make sure MrGrumpy keeps bringing you a fresh heating pad. Make sure it has the Green Bay logo on it too. ;-)
