Legatrin PM?
Any know anything about this? For the past several months I have been getting leg cramps while I sleep. I started taking these about two weeks ago, one before bedtime. and I have not had any more cramps.

1. It's Tylenol and Benadryl
Only combined, in generic form. Acetaminophen for pain and Diphenhydramine as a sleep aid.

3. One warning
If you drink alcohol, don't take it that night. Tylenol causes liver damage when combined with alcohol.

I have been taking 25mg. of Benadryl for sleep since meno. about 3 years ago. I can sleep 8 hours again.
