I attribute it to both repressed sexuality with the stuff they can't do at home with a "good woman", and of course just the plain old need of that type to see women as objects.

True - but very effective.

A couple of weeks ago I started a thread in which I mentioned "morality" or "moral values" and how it is the DNC that best represents these things. I also included a link from Dean Roche of Notre University who said the same thing just a little earlier. While he and I agree on this matter, none of you on this board did. For some unexplained reason, liberals/progressives/Democrats refuse to acknowledge that they best represent true moral values and fail to use this concept as a political srategy. This is why you failed in this election.

Note how the hypocritical Republicans are celebrating their victory by claiming "moral values" as their source for success. They lie, they cheat, they insult, behind closed doors they act like a bunch of fucking assholes, and are the biggest hypocrites anywhere. Still they use this campaigning scheme and it works.

Why does it work? Easy.

In the world of advertising, sex sells. This is why advertisers give enticing peeks at well muscled or shaped bodies because it attracts customers.


In the world of politics, "morality" sells. Right wingers proclaim themselves to be the moral guardians of society when they are not. One example is the Fox network which ironically enough is owned by a known pornographer. Another is the Republicans who laugh at Clinton while ignoring the many instances of their perverse behaviors such as in,

Unfortunately the DNC refuses to point things like this out and it refuses to proclaim itself the real moral guardian of society. Since it refuses to do so it will not defeat the Republicans who go around like the Pharisses of old acting like angels when they are the devil in disguise. It may sound like shit to you but it works.

Mark my words --- the DNC will NEVER regain the Congress or the White House until it wakes up and speaks the truth about itself and the GOP. Again, this undoubtedly sounds like shit to you but it's the truth whether you choose to accept it or not.

4. "morality" claims

If you listened to Big Ed Schultz's show this afternoon, you would have sworn that he read my letter above and agreed 100 % with it.

The DNC will simply have to frame its platform in a manner that shows it is the true moral guardian of society. Its failure to win this election (and earlier ones) is because of the failure to do as I reported above.

And that ain't no shit.
