1. I'm not giving up...not ever. Remember what we came here for Mobius.
And on the bright side...my puppy just dropped a tennis ball in the toilet. Just for fun I guess.

3. here you go
It's time to turn cynical.

They got what they wanted. Let's just spend the next 4 years laughing at the incompetence, while planning how we'll fix it.

I like John Edwards/Barack Obama in 2008.

We learn our lessons, and we work to fix the problems.

But in the meantime, we laugh. Because the idiots who voted for Bush are also going to be the ones suffering. The poor uneducated Fox viewers are the ones losing their jobs, and their kids will be drafted.

We're smarter than them. So let's figure out how to survive the next four years.

6. I disagree
First, I think Obama is one of the greatest men in the country. We need to give him a little more time in the Senate. He'd have to spend a lot of time campaigning. In '12 or '16, he'd be a good candidate for the big chair.

I think average Americans will identify Edwards with this campaign. I think it was pretty good, but average folk will be thinking 'loser.' We need to start over.

10. then we go Gore/Clark
Nixon did it. Incumbent VP, lost the Pres race, came back and won it 8 years later.

And, thinking about it, as young as Obama is he should be Senate Minority leader and build his reputation for the next 8-16 years. He's only 42, I think. That makes him 58 for his Presidential run, which is just right.

5. Michael Moore's no doubt working on a new movie.
We don't have to hate Ralph Nader anymore (and shouldn't, imho).

Howard Dean can spend the next four years attacking the Cabal and he's so damned cool everyone will cover him as he does it.

The impeachment proceedings are gonna be a popcorn-and-Coke, surroundsound blast!

Disrupt the Inauguration Parade on Jan 20th. I plan to.

Also, be glad you aren't from AH-HIGH-AH . . . like me.

12. Ok, my brother's favorite terrible joke...
What's brown and sticky?

A stick.

What's small and green, with 4 wheels?

A blade of grass, and I was lying about the wheels...

They're not hysterical, but they always make me smile, in a groaning sort of way :)
