My heart feels so heavy tonight.
I have everything I need but I feel so very, very alone, unloved and unwanted. I'm having a little moment of looking the truth of my situation in the face and I am very sad.

3. Nobody is alone
or unloved. Sometimes we just forget how many people care about us.

Nice to hear from you.

P.S. My mom drives a Prius now. I got to drive it around for a week. You're right, they're awesome. I made her beg me for the keys.

9. It can be sad when you're alone.
We are thinking about you. And that's not much, because we're not there laughing with you, but for what it is worth.

11. been there done that
embrace the feeling, though it is a shock
it will become as exquisite as pure joy is
pretending now will only stuff this deep like lead in your belly

for me it was an awakening that resulted in rebirth
loving the self is loving your own truth

love to you and all that you do

12. The Friend is always there
we Sufis say that a broken heart only opens it further for the love that comes from the Friend. May you have peace. Remember, ask and it will be answered, knock and the door shall be opened.

Come with us up to Wisconsin and work for Kerry. This IS Pete. It has done so much good for me, just getting outside myself. Meet us at 57 W. Grand at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning, if you can.

Otherwise, you can PM me here. Ben and I both care about you.

15. Been there, done that.
Faced my truth and it's hard getting out of because the job market royally sucks right now. Worse yet is how after years of this treatment wanting to leave is now my fault because I won't try. I did try, for years, and got yelled at (or ignored) when I tried to discuss real, valid issues.

Now, if only my wallet will catch up with my emotions. I'm so at peace now with my decision, but I remember months back feeling completely whacked and confused as all heck as what direction I should take. That part gets easier- well for me anyway. If you think there's enough to be salvaged, get to counseling NOW together.

The most important thing that we all need is ourselves; To know that wonderful, free spirit that dwells within us. I'm here, and I'm sending many hugs. Isten veled!

17. I'm sorry...I've been there and its a very bad feeling....
I wish I could offer wisdom or real comfort.

Have you considered the possibility that you could be clinically depressed? I was, and a simple anti-depressent made a huge difference to me. At least consider the possibility...

And you always have us to bitch to...We will listen.

19. I am, in fact, bipolar
and am properly medicated for it, but even so, there are things in life that aren't what they could be and can't be medicated away.

24. That's the great thing about DU, there's always a friend to talk to!
And no one knows if your making a face at their comments.
seriously....you talked of your Mom? Surely, you have to know that you are loved by her. As a mother, I know the depth of love that is felt for a child. Although we don't always show it properly...it is ALWAYS there. How about siblings, friends, boy(girl)friend? If the feeling lasts too long.....go out an volunteer for Kerry or something else that means a lot to you. There is no excuse for being lonely, people need you!!!!
:-)

feeling unloved?.....go love someone

23. forradalom, you are one of my beloveds here. I was just thinking this
AM where you were. I always tell my grandmother (she suffers from severe depression and lives hundreds of miles away) that when she feels that way, to think of me thinking of her...and there I'll be in a way. Anyway, right now, think of me thinking of you.

 dear friend,
Laura
