Report: Trainer says on tape he gave Bonds steroids
Giants slugger Barry Bonds is at the center of another steroids controversy after statements made by his trainer.

In Saturday's San Francisco Chronicle, Bonds' personal trainer Greg Anderson claimed on tape last year that the Giants All-Star used an undetectable performance-enhancing drug during the 2003 season.

In a recording provided to the newspaper, Anderson said, "The whole thing is, everything that I've been doing at this point, it's all undetectable. See, the stuff I have, we created it, and you can't buy it anywhere else but you can take it the day of (the test), pee, and it comes up perfect."

Anderson is a defendant in the BALCO steroids case in which Bonds has testified. The 40-year old slugger blasted 45 home runs in the 2003 season and has frequently denied that he has ever used steroids. Bonds moved into third place on the all-time homer chart this season after crossing the 700-homer plateau.

2. Looking at those old photos it is apparent that
he's beefed up quite a bit over the years. Personally I think drug use of all kinds is much more prevalent among athletes than we know now.

3. I think the trainer's lawyer's response is pretty lame, saying HE can't
identify his client's voice.

Typical lawyer talk when you know you're busted!

4. Of course he was on roids. Your head doesn't grow that way normally.
When you pump iron your body gets bigger but your head size does not increase the way his has unless you're on HGH or one of the other steriods. Expect BB to have a lot of serious health problems in the next few years.
