Did Hitler claim God talked to him?
I know he claimed the Christian faith but he did he have the evangelical born again thing going on where he claims to be getting direct word from God?

1. I don't know if he claimed God talked to him...
but he definitely spoke of God-given destiny and doing God's will.

Google Hitler and "New Christianity" and you'll find plenty of links.

3. He talks to Bush in a voice like Ziegfried from 'Get Smart'...
but * thinks that accent thing is real German.

5. He might have claimed the Christian faith, but that was merely for show.
In his private conversations and actions Hitler derided Christianity and its followers. He found the religion inherently weak, especially for its advocation of love and socialist tendencies. Hitler did claim a religious experience during a mustard gas attack in World War I in which "God" told him that he was to lead the German people to greatness and break the chains of oppression placed upon them by the Jews. Once again, it is impossible to know how much of this was simply rhetoric and exactly what "God" he was referring to. In the end, Hitler acted upon the instincts and ideology of Hitler and no one else. "God" was merely a justification.
