4. If they're registry change warnings you've got a hijacker
My kids computers have had this problem - some kind of browser helper objects in our case. I've switched to Mozilla Firefox and am having FAR less trouble with these things. http://www.mozilla.org/

5. You mean the little picture of an eye and a Do Not Enter sign?

In other words, you immunized the machine with Spybot and you're getting that symbol? It's to do with the banner at the top of the page. Apparently the DNC has added some kind of tracking software to it. Probably nothing nefarious; most likely it was done by whoever did the ad for it. Anyway, you can find out the outfit's privacy policy (which is pretty non-threatening) by clicking on the eye thing and then again on the site that shows up listed in the dialogue box.

Edit: This is they: http://www.atlasdmt.com/
Ironically, their site doesn't trigger the Spybot S&D warning. By the way, many other cookies get blocked here, including those when I post links to artwork on my Earthlink site. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

9. Yes, I have been getting it for about a week now.
It appears to be some type of virus. I will be formatting and rebuilding my hard drive this weekend.

10. No, but having hell of a time trying to stay on,
change pages, get back on when I have to close browser cuz it won't move the pages. No trouble with any other sites. Problem occurs with my Mozilla browser and hubby's firefox browser.

Have I been hijacked?

11. I also have some problems.
Yesterday I was having DNS trouble with this site. And now some pages stop loading halfway through.

And this is on a computer running OS 9.1 (Macintosh) with Mozilla 1.2.1 so spyware and other nasties should not be the problem.
