3. YAY! Someone else who still spells "Hallowe'en" the way we were taught

in school!
I do proofreading for the local paper, and I get just BUGGED by people who are lazy in their spelling or other use of English...
I refuse to patronize places of business where the person(s) in charge of advertising are just too stupid for words...
Like the bar on campus: "Boomtown: In a League of It's Own."
They'll never get a penny of my money.
Or the car dealers who can't figure out how to make plurals out of the dumb model names these days...I am really really tired of seeing ads for "Matrix's" and the Toyota dealer in town must have only ONE Prius...they won't even attempt to make a plural out of that! It ends in "s" so it must ALREADY be plural, eh???

Sorry to rant on in your Hallowe'en thread, but it just BOTHERS me!

I am dressing up as a gypsy fortuneteller, and I will be telling all the parents of the little ghosties and goblins that, if they don't vote for Kerry, their DOOM is foretold!!!
