Need some help from computer-savvy people
I have a file in my Temporary Internet Files folder I can't get rid of.

It's a .jpg file, and I keep getting this "disk is full or write-protected" message.

1. Check file properties
if read only is checked, uncheck it.

2. Is this happening...
...when you try to delete the file?

(.jpg is an image file; it may be that you have the file open somewhere when you try to delete it. Close ALL apps, then try to delete the .jpg.)

7. Try shift-delete
If you have insufficient free space on the disk, this message will appear when the "MOVE TO THE RECYCLE BIN" attempts to make a new copy there before deleting the original. Shift-delete is just a simple deletion and, if this is the problem, doesn't require additional storage capacity. IF this IS the problem, you need to get rid of some stuff or get more disk storage. Right-clicking over the hard-drive icon should give you a menu with "Properties" as one option. Choosing that option should give you info on how full the disk is, and if it shows plenty of available space then the problem is elsewhere.
