Poll question: It's a Simpsons clip show!
Season 16 is going to be nothing BUT clip shows!

So which one do you want to see the most?

1. I had to go with Poochie
for a number of reasons.

1. I love that episode.
2. The original airdate for that episode was Feb. 27 (don't remember what year) but that is my birthday.
3. My nickname is Pooch (which is kinda like Poochie)!

6. I liked Poochie too! Indeed,
Poochie's premiere episode was bad.

However, the one (to date) followup that has Poochie had actually made good use out of Poochie every time he got killed. :D They really could keep Poochie around and give the Simpsons another 4 years' worth of Itchy'n'Scratchie'n'Poochie eps. :D

9. I know, but I didn't want to get technical...
22 minutes, actually! Indeed, cable stations even crop it down to 20.5, 21, or 21.5 minutes for some (e.g. South Park, as I recall...)

Yeah, a Barney Belching Retrospective would be hilarious.

Remember an older clipshow where Homer said "D'Oh!" for 32 times in a row? Now imagine Barney belching 128,000 times. :D :D :D

10. Hehe
True story: I was in a comic shop once and a bunch of Simpsons geeks were talking about the state of the show. One guy said it was time to end it because they'd done everything good already. Somebody else disagreed, and for the good part of a half-hour, someone would say "oh, they could do this!" and someone else would point out that it was done already.

This was 8 years ago, btw.

11. It's worming its way into other shows.
South Park had an episode about how they can't come up with any plots that Simpsons hadn't already done.

12. Homer goes over the cliff clip from "Bart the Daredevil"
over and over and over again. :eyes:

But seriously, I'd like to see them try and make the last season worth me watching. Only one clip show would be nice. Maybe a political moments one :D
