17. Mmmm...they are so good!
They are like an Italian potato noodle, almost like a dumpling. You boil them in water and then you can serve them with either spaghetti sauce or with butter and parmesean cheese. My fave is with the parmesean cheese. They are SOOO good!

25. Veal
Real, pure veal. I've had those processed "beef and veal patties" in the past 10 years or so, but it has been at least 20 years since I've had an actual veal cutlet. A few months ago I was looking in a grocery store ad and saw veal "on sale" for like $15 a pound. Obviously I'm never going to eat that again unless I win the freakin' lottery.
