16. I've got a great bootleg
From his infamous 2 show set at Carnegie Hall when he cut up his hand after the first set.

It's a great showcase for his immense stage prescence despite the somewhat shoddy quality of the actual show.

21. Have you read the Ochs bio
by Michael Schumacher?

It's a pretty even-handed look at his life.

The chapters on Train were actually pretty difficult to read. It's really tough to read about one of your heroes succumbing to mental illness like that.

Anyway, it's a good read.

23. It's a great book
And yeah, it was difficult to read. I made it my mission for years to buy Ochs records and give them out to friends who swore that Dylan was the greatest topical songwriter of the 60's..

49. Here we are, seeking ot the Reds, trying to keep the Communists in order..
Just remember when you're sleeping in your beds,
they're only a two day drive from the texas border...
How can a country large as ours be scared of such a threat?
But if they won't work for us, they're against us, you can bet!
They maybe soverign countries but you folks at home forget
that they all want what we've got but they don't know it yet!

That's a great, underestimated EP!
