What ethnic background are your cousins?

My mom had eight sisters,so I have cousins with surnames that are-Irish,German,Polish,French,Belgian and Hungarian. I have relatives with Chinese last names,relatives that are Jewish,native American,and some are even WASPs.

I have 25-30 cousins (never could remember the exact number). It was great growing up in this huge multi-ethnic background.

We're probably related...

All my cousins are the same as me; mutts. I know for sure we have English, German, and Cherokee in our blood. Some of us look "white", and some of us look "Indian".

6. I have several cousins

My mother has 3 siblings and my father has 5 siblings. They all had children. My cousins are a variety of ethnicities including Irish, Scottish, Polish, Italian, Jewish, English and German. Both my parents families are multi ethnic anyway so they just have slightly different mixes than I do.

7. I Have 64 First First Cousins

Just about every ethnic group is represented, from Tarahumaran Indian to Belgian. A regular UN.

9. I have a zillion cousins

I have Amerindian cousins that live on a rez, white southern cousins (hey I'm black and my family's from the south, everybody has black and white cousins down there) and French-Algerian cousins.

Then there's my Romani cousins who nobody in my family acknowledges but me and one of my half-sisters. It's pretty sad. I have Romanichal blood...these are Rom from UK.

My family is pretty mixed up.

10. I have cousins who are Asian-American.

My dad's older sister married the son of Chinese immagrants, and they have two daughters just a few years younger than I. The rest of my cousins are WASPs, like me.

My mom was an only child. I think my dad had a brother, but I didn't really know my dad and never met the brother. I can't even remember his name, so I have no clue if he had kids!

Ukrainians, more Irish, more German, more Slovak, my grandpa's sister's daughter I believe married a black man. I dont know much about my mom's side because I dont know my cousins there because many of them are in PA and NY and some in the old countries. Wait I think I have part Greek cousins so those kids are Greek, Irish, and German.

14. Many shades of ethnicity

Maternally I have Italian-Scots-Irish-Californio Okie or Mexican/Filipino or Mexican. From very poor to very middle class.

Paternally I have Filipino-Irish Mexican cousins that you would think were snobby yuppies if you spent time with them around their spouse's families.

My daughter has paternal cousins that are Japanese, and another that is Dutch-Irish Catholic. Maternally she has a Filipino-Mexican Chinese premed student and a Filipino-Mexican Okie cousin who is a mid level street/prison gang member.

My daughter is the only dark skinned grand child on my side of the family.
