In my the work restroom, I have see guys leave smelly bathroom stalls and just blithely walk out of the john, without so much as a drop of soap or H2O hitting their hands.

Wish that they'd clean it up -- literally.

3. Who would say "rarely" or "never" when

they can say "sometimes"? Once in a year can be thought of as "sometimes"--granted it's a stretch of the word. That being said, I never leave a bathroom without washing my hands with soap and water. Other guys who do disgust me (no offense or anything).

I open the door with a paper towel.

Seriously. The toilet seats are the cleanest things in a public restroom. Next come the sinks. The door handle is pretty bad, BUT...

...by far the worst is the light switch. They rarely bother to clean it, so it really builds up.

The paper towel thing. I do that too... after I dry my hands I use it to open the door.

I guess as long as you feel the toilet flusher handle things are clean... I wish more places had the ones that flush automatically when you get up... much less ick factor. You can also always flush with your foot... I've done that in park restrooms where there aren't even any sinks. WTF is up with that? I need remember to start carrying hand sanitizer.
