22+ year old Jeep rescues Hummer H2 in parking lot

snip

Well, after sitting there a while and digging his rear tires further into the ground, he apparently got some help from a Liberty owner.
They apparently tried using 2 of the "dangerous" type tow straps with metal hooks on them. They had the Liberty hooked up to the straps
but I don't think they were successful in yanking him off the stump. So, before someone got hurt with those type straps , I offered up my looped tow strap and D ring. As I walked over there to bring it to them, the devilish side of me took over and said the following:

"I will let you use my tow strap, but you have to let me use my Jeep to pull you off of it." At that point, the H2 owner, sighed and
shook his head and agreed.

1. Hehehehe!
Repeat after me: The Hummer H2 is a Chevy Tahoe, the Hummer H2 is a Chevy Tahoe...it is NOT a serious off-road vehicle.

4. I drive a wrag top jeep wrangler
Wouldn't trade it for the world - especially in winter. It is so much fun to drive. Always was deadly afraid to drive when it snowed - now I am out there trying to beat the snowplows.

Only downside is it doesn't get good mileage. But I don't drive much, anyway.

2. I hate those H2s. Great story
This is hilarious:

$50000 for your Hummer H2
$300 for your custom H2 license plate
$450 to fill up your H2 with GAS @ $1.89/gal & 9 mpg

Pictures of your Hummer H2 on the internet being rescued by a 20 year old Jeep from a 12" stump in a parking lot beside a port-a-jon for
all the internet to see

$PRICELESS$

5. My Dad bought my Mom a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sport
for thier 35th anniversary. After 20+ years of refusing to drive in the winter, she now tools around no matter what Old Man Winter throws in her way. As mentioned in an earlier post, she's not thrilled with the mileage, but as she puts it "at least I'm burning gas moving, not trying to get out of a ditch"

6. The H2.
Is it not a Chevy pickup chassis with a clown body? Are they all 4WD?
Just asking.

8. I'm a serious Chevy fan BUT
I wouldn't be caught dead in a hummer H2. It's a Tahoe with a Large Penis Body, designed for people with small penis syndrome. It also has the worst reliability rating of all Chevy's.
