I had a very nice, one-hour meeting with a lawyer today. He explained my rights with regard to child support, talked me through the application process, calmed my fears, made me feel good about my plan, and, as an added bonus, charged me NOTHING! Nothing at all!

I am very gratified, and feel like a big burden has been lifted. Dang! All you lawyers out there: :loveya:

pro-trial lawyer, you have to pick" BS line on the news - that one always just pisses me off to no end. Aren't trial lawyers both small businesses (some of them) and patients also? He is such a friggin idiot.

The last four I had were really a bunch of snakes. All they did was cost me a lot of money for nothing. The last one, I'm filing a complaint with the state bar.
