My website just received its first hate mail.

> THE LIES THAT YOU SHOW ON YOUR WEBSITE ARE RIDICULOUS. GO SMOKE ANOTER
> JOINT AND LISTEN TO THE DEAD. YOU HIPPIE REJECTS.
*******@aol.com

My response:

Any chance you want to point out some of those lies with facts or do you just want to continue spewing at the mouth? Fox News may be more your speed for news in any event.

You have a nice day,
[email protected]

Note the classic all caps, the misspelled words, the AOL membership. This is a classic that belongs in a museum so we can show our kids someday.

His email available on request, we must show this guy our love. After all we are just hippies.

1. Congrats!
I love how the ignorant spell so poorly while being so energetic about it. They're spelling/writing style is just full of the spittle they'd otherwise be offering if they were speaking out loud. THough probably they ARE speaking out loud as they type.

BTW, you posted this thread five minutes earlier, as well.

4. woohoo he replied
I answered:

> You want me to document your lies and propaganda? Where to begin. The first lie is that the President lied regarding Iraq's WMD. Let me try to verbally draw you a picture. You have a madman with a history of using biological and chemical weapons. You have been told by your intelligence agencies, the UN, European intelligence apparatus, and Russia's Putin calls and tells you that not only does Sadam have biological weapons but he is planning attacks on American interests. These are the facts. What due you do? If President Bush had not acted he would have been negligent.
> Your website makes reference to a loss of civil rights due to the
passage and enacting of the Patriot Act. The truth is no, I repeat, no cases have been filed against the government due to government
intrusion under the auspices of this act. These are facts. They are
undeniable. Maybe you should watch Fox news instead of getting your
info from The Nation website or the propaganda promulgated by the
dotters on Democratic Underground.

Not that this will do any good but:

1. "You want me to document your lies and propaganda? Where to begin. The first lie is that the President lied regarding Iraq's WMD"

So they found them? Stockpiles of weapons bush talked about?

"If we know Saddam Hussein has dangerous weapons today, and we do, does it make any sense for the world to wait to confront him as he grows even stronger and develops even more dangerous weapons?"

"Iraq could decide on any given day to provide a biological or chemical weapon to a terrorist group or individual terrorists,"

"We've also discovered through intelligence that Iraq has a growing fleet of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles that could be used to disperse chemical or biological weapons across broad areas. We're concerned that Iraq is exploring ways of using these U.A.V.'s for missions targeting the United States."

george bush

"Our conservative estimate is that Iraq has a stockpile of between 100 and 500 tons of chemical-weapons agents. That is enough agent to fill 16,000 battlefield rockets."

"There can be no doubt that Saddam Hussein has biological weapons and the capability to rapidly produce more, many more. And he has the ability to dispense these lethal poisons and diseases in ways that can cause massive death and destruction."

"we have first-hand descriptions of biological-weapons factories on wheels and rails. We know that Iraq has at least seven of these mobile, biological-agent factories."

"Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction."

Colin Powell

"We believe he has, in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons."
—Vice President Dick Cheney on NBC's Meet the Press, March 16, 2003

"I don't believe anyone that I know in the administration ever said that Iraq had nuclear weapons."
—Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, at a hearing of the Senate's appropriations subcommittee on defense, May 14, 2003

Should we continue?

http://pearly-abraham.tripod.com/htmls/bushlies1.html

"You have a madman with a history of using biological and chemical weapons."

2. You ever research what he used them for and who supported him while he did it? Supplied by the good ole USA under Reagan and brokered by Rumsfeld. You may wanna check that.

3. "Your website makes reference to a loss of civil rights due to the
> passage and enacting of the Patriot Act. The truth is no, I repeat, no
> cases have been filed against the government due to government
> intrusion under the auspices of this act."

Actually, until very recently none of the arrested where even allowed council.

"The report said that in the six-month period that ended on June 15, the inspector general's office had received 34 complaints of civil rights and civil liberties violations by department employees that it considered credible, including accusations that Muslim and Arab immigrants in federal detention centers had been beaten. "

"While most of the accusations in the report are still under investigation, the report said a handful had been substantiated, including those against a federal prison doctor who was reprimanded after reportedly telling an inmate during a physical examination that "if I was in charge, I would execute every one of you" because of "the crimes you all did."

Under 9/11 Law, ATF Keeps Tabs on Propellant Buyers; Feds Visit Al's
Hobby Shop

ELMHURST, Ill.

Al's Hobby Shop in this leafy corner of suburban Chicago is always
packed with mothers looking for Cub Scout badges, teenagers ogling
imported slot cars and grown men playing with model trains.

But to federal law-enforcement officials, Al's is also a possible
terrorist supply depot. And so, last October, a special agent from the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was sent to Al's
from Washington to buy $1,700 in model rocket motors.

"The guy told me that the government wanted to do some tests," recalls
Tim Lehr, who sold the agent 40 motors containing almost 60 pounds of
propellant. "He wouldn't say what the tests were for, but I could guess:
The government wanted to ruin my hobby."

Report on USA Patriot Act Alleges Civil Rights Violations

What I just showed you is called FACTS, something you still haven't shown.

Try again, do not pass GO, do not collect your USS Ronald Reagan cap, and for heavens sake STOP watching Fox News

I think it's VERY VERY important to remind these assholes that every WMD that Saddam ever had was sold to him by Reagan, borkered by Rummy, and overseen by Bush the First, in order that Saddam could gas his own people to death.

Like Bill Hicks said, "Oh, those weapons Saddam has? They're nothing."

"How do you know that?"

"We looked at the receipt."

I don't know of any other country that sold him WMD, other than us, under Reagan/Bush/Rummy. The same people that sold arms to terrorists in order to hire mercanaries to overthrow a legitimately elected government in central america. And that's a point we have to constantly hammer home: that Shrubbie McShitPile LIED - blatantly LIED - which is to say, falsified/exaggerated intelligence data, about what Saddam had, and that, back when Saddam *DID* have WMD, it was all shit that Reagan/Bush/Rummy sold to him.

that Bill Hicks line rocked, I've never seen that. After just having my first thread locked I'm a little gun shy at posting anything.
