I consider even phone sex to be a shared intimacy.

Edit - on on the massage question, I think there has to be intent for there to be cheating. As long as the happy ending is an involuntary reaction, there it isn't cheating. I've never had a massage quite that good, so I can't comment. ;-)

5. if the massage is done in non sexual way...which is the ethical

way to do a massage....there would not be a 'happy ending'....just relaxation and pleasant feelings inside....

if you are going to 'girlie' show type people than that is the expected ending and that is prostitution and therefore cheating.

9. Sorry folks I have to Pooh Pooh on this one

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida. We don't use the terms masseur or masseuse anymore, partly because it implies some sexual connotations.

Professional massage is just that. Massage. Every Tour de France rider gets a massage after every stage, and massage therapists will be working at the olympics to keep the athletes in their best condition. Do you think they get "happy endings".

If I can remember correctly, sex is a wonderful thing :think:
But seriously, please don't encourage the demeaning of a professional occupation. My female counterparts have to deal with these "creepy" callers asking "What kind of massage do you do", "Does it have a "happy ending?"

I'm not judging anyone here, because I try very hard not to do it, but this type of thing does not bode well for the evolution of our society. It's this type of behavior that condones "sexism" and essentially "adolescent" behavior.

Unfortunately, this country's screwed up societal values have created this sexual repressiveness. It really doesn't help our country. Look at what's happening in the Catholic church. Personally, I think prostitution should be legal, because I've observed it in countries where it is legal. (Strictly from an academic standpoint ;))Of course there will be people that say prostitution has it's ills too. Yes it does. But did you know the occurrence of sexual assault in the Netherlands is almost zero, and that they have one of the lowest AIDS levels in the Western world?.

So please don't insult someone who has studied for years to become a therapist by asking for a "happy ending", and next time, if you're looking for a "happy ending", either call a prostitute, pick up a Playboy, or perhaps you could marry a massage therapist :P

Had several full fledged professional massages. Never had a happy ending after massage with my own freaking girlfriend.

Never had a massage before meeting her. Now can't stop getting them. MTs do God's work.

I was a little concerned as I have a good friend who is a MT and was wondering if she had to put up with this type of behavior. I hope people are respectful of the profession but I guess you've always got some who have something else in mind.

It seems that depending on where you go, you can get a real, true massage that automatically comes w/ a happy ending, no asking necessary...

10. Cheating - No Doubt

Paying a man or woman to stimulate you to orgasm is cheating. If the orgasm was the result of a very good massage and their was no genital fondling I think I'd be okay with it, and I would frequent that establishment.
