2. What's good about it? *grump* *grump*

Power went off at 3. Woke up at 5 to it coming on and our house alarm going off when it was restored. Got up to turn that off. Couldn't sleep. Dog upstairs started whining. Took her out to pee. Dog downstairs started whining. Let her out the back door to go too. Both dogs started barking. I started cursing. Let them back in, told them to hush up and go back to bed, and now I'm sitting here over my computer with my eyes burning from lack of sleep. Oh, and Whoopi got fired for SlimFast simply for speaking the truth about *. (Any of our bushes could be a better President than the bush that's in the White House. Why is such common knowledge offensive?)

I believe my morning was produced by a vast right wing conspiracy. Or some idiot hitting a power line or something. Who knows?

4 years on August 1.

We first met at my 20th (over-the-hill) birthday party on April 7, 2000 but it became "official" on August 1. :)

I was thinking of flying us down to South Padre Island in TX for a nice weekend of partying and drinking. Also, maybe tickets to the Gloria Estefan concert and maybe reservations that evening at his favorite Italian place :) The concert is 8 days after, but I plan on cooking the night of so it would probably work out best.

No pedicure for me today. My feet aren't in presentable condition because of some flipflops that gave me blisters. Yeah, they had a date with the trash can shortly afterward...lol
