4. We're accident-prone. No running.
This is a very small apartment. Nobody's going anywhere!

11. Well, several reasons:
In no particular order:
1. Because Mrs. Cat said so.

2. It's really hot in here!

3. We both had a crappy day, and we hope this will kill the memory cells, a la "Eternal Sunshine."

12. What a lovely idea! We are talking CHOCOLATE SAUCE, aren't we?
CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Measure cocoa, sugar, cream, syrup, butter and salt into a heavy saucepan, about 1 1/2 quart size.
Stir until blended. Bring to a boil over moderate high heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla.

To reheat, stir over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, until sauce is hot.

Or maybe Chocolate Chamgagne

CHOCOLATE CHAMPAGNE
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cold CHOCOLATE SYRUP (recipe follows)
1/4 cup cold light cream or half-and-half
1/2 cup cold club soda, freshly opened

Place CHOCOLATE SYRUP into tall glass; stir in light cream.
Slowly pour soda down side of glass, stirring constantly. Serve immediately. One 8-oz.

Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients:
1 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
2 cups cold water
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Stir cocoa and water until smooth in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt. Return to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, partially covered, 5 minutes. Cool; stir in vanilla. Cover; refrigerate. About 1 quart syrup.
