Taking money from people on fixed incomes...

...by playing on their superstitions or hope that a contribution to Pat's Abundant Ministry will "sow a seed" and help them get out of poverty.

But, South Park did a fine take on Pat's 700 Club, so I suppose I can be thankful he is around to inspire mean, mean satire that amuses the hell out of me.

4. When they get in a circle, holding hands, with their eyes closed tight...

and they start praying for more money, and then they go around the circle and each one passes a message on to us from God, about how somebody somewhere is being healed of some malady. e.g. "There's a woman in Spokane, WA with bunions, and the Lord is healing those bunions right now, as we speak".
