If you knew you were going to die next month, what would you do?
Personally, I would love everyone around me,....with every breath.

6. By day...
Edited on Fri Jun-11-04 11:18 PM by SarahBelle
Spend every possible moment with my children (I kind of do that now though anyway. I have few regrets as a mom.)

By night though, have lots of sex. :7

12. I'd do what a friend of mine did...
...when he found out he only had about six months to live with liver cancer (he only made it three)---plan my funeral. The point of his doing that, and mine would be the same, is so my family didn't go in and blow more money than was really necessary on it.

Other than that, I'd just spend time with my loved ones in abundance.

16. The plan is to see 9/11 and then visit a tall structure.
Seems odd doesn't it, the main regret is not getting to see the last star wars but that also seems odd in that the dead have no memory.
Still it would be nice to see how it ends, or starts depending on your point of view.

17. I would rent a dumpster
and clean my house.. There are tons of things that I need to throw out, and that might motivate me to finally do it..

I would give away all of my things to people. so that everyone knows exactly what I wanted them to have..

Then I might take a trip to a nice place..and spend the rest of my time there..

Our family is small, and we could all gather together very easily :)

18. I'd try to get my work in reasonable shape, dispose of as much
property as I can to relieve children of burden, then (as others on this thread have suggested, try to see eveyone I really care about (esp. children and ex) to say goodbye.

21. I'm terrified of dying...
But I think if I knew it was going to happen, I'd probably cry for a couple of days. I'd quit school because what's a college education going to do for me if I'm dead? I'd take the whole time and just be with Skip and my friends. I'd find a way to get on a plane and see Italy before I died. Then hopefully I'd come home and just be with Skip until the time came. But I'd rather go out knowing I was going to die than have it happen suddenly and violently. THAT is my greatest fear.

25. Oh Wow... We Have The Same Fears...
I'm absolutely not afraid of "being" dead. It's simply non-existence... just like it was before I was born.

But what I fear is *how* I'll die. Being trapped in a sinking car? Burning to death in a car accident? Plane crash? Gruesome murder? Bridge collapse? Elevator mishap? Falling from a tall balcony? Being attacked by bears while I'm camping? Being hit by a train? Or run over by a Hummer?

Luv ya sweetie,
-- Allen

Obviously I watch WAY too many movies and have an over-active vivid imagination. And... don't worry... I don't spend my days fretting and worrying and wringing my hands over such things.

23. I would spend all my money
and do anything necessary to find my niece, who hasn't seen her father (my brother) in 3 years. I would get her away from her psycho-bitch mother and what ever guy she's currently shacked up with. It's a sad, sad story ....

26. 1st: find homes for all of my critters
as ms bp would not be up to caring for 60 odd reptiles. Then I'd gather my resources, max the plastic out and head to southern Mexico to bird and hunt reptiles til I drop.
