it's better to get our guy a new job--or sue the employer, who IMO fired the DUer for something that never happened, and the boss was merely afraid would happen.

the Freeper in question has apparently been banned from the FR site already in a lightning CYA operation. That's probably the worst thing you can do to him already.

A lot of his personal info is made public in those threads. I certainly hope nobody from here misuses any of it.

ah, youth. You have a point. However, I'm not an activist, so I don't advise people to rabble rouse--not fair to recommend what I wouldn't do myself.

So--Go for it, if you are a lawyer or can afford one.(or are just too ornery to be suppressed no matter what!) I'm sure Misanthrope would appreciate the assistance as long as it doesn't hurt his case. Remember: A guy's job and reputation is at stake here. I've been blacklisted myself and it's no fun.
