10. It was a great season. I'm proud of all the T-Wolves.

Next season, we're winning it all. I always thought since the beginning of the playoffs that if we get to the WCF and play 6 games, the season would be a success. This season was a success in my mind. The Fakers will be a shrivelled, hollow shell of their former selves next season with Kobe, Malone and Payton ALL leaving the team. 2004-05 belongs to Minnesota.:thumbsup:

17. Flip Saunders was outcoached. T-Wolves were in a good spot....

Shaq was out for a long time but Saunders could not make shit happen. Sure, Laker Bench sure stepped up but they sure could've put a body on Rush. Serbiak had few crucial good looks but could not convert which is what he gets paid to do. (He is one lame ass defender)
If only Cassel was playing.... oh well.

I really want to know why Olawakindi looks so unhealthy and spindley. I know he was injured but man, when he was a Clipper, he was at least 30 pounds heavier, all muscle.

20. The end of the game was hysterical from a betting standpoint

The Lakers were favored by 8 1/2 to 9 points. Throughout the final minute the margin was 8 to 11, but should have been higher as the Lakers repeatedly botched free throws, including 3 by Kobe. He even made one free throw that was a pure bank shot.

The total was also in jeopardy, 182 1/2.

The Twolves decided to prolong the game by fouling despite a hopeless deficit. That finally put the game "over." In the final seconds, Minnesota drained a 3 pointer to cut the final margin to 96-90. That shot altered not only the game spread, but also the 2nd half side and total. Everyone around me in the sportsbooks was in agony or ecstacy when that final 3 pointer swished.

I had the first half over 89 1/2 and survived that jackass series with 3 wins and 3 losses. Glad it's over, and I don't need to see the Twolves at this level again. IMO, they are a flawed and uninteresting team, lacking in versatility and not special enough in any area to win a championship.
