4. Not as long as there is a path to ground...
...and the human body with all the iron and salt in our blood is an excellent conductor. Urine is a great electrical conductor as well.

5. How would you get that?
From one guy with a split stream, or two guys holding hands and pissing simultaneously? And how are you going to talk two guys into holding hands while pissing (much less pissing on the third rail)?

What if there was only one guy pissing but he was standing in the puddle? Would that count as completing the circuit?

What if the guy had had a remarkable amount of water to drink, and there weren't many salts -- is it possible for the human body to produce electrically neutral, unconductive urine? How much water would someone have to drink?

6. I was speaking hypothetically.
However, it appears that only one stream is neccessary, as explained above.

7. My dog peed on an electric fence once.
It looked to me like he was VERY unhappy about the result. He didn't stop running in circles and yelping for a good half hour.
