How should I decorate my office?
I'm starting a new job soon, and don't want the same chaos theme of my current office.

What decorating scheme/theme would you recommend?

1. Decorate?
I don't quite understand? Why would you decorate your office, mine is just fine with papers and boxes and old drinks laying everywhere.

3. Zen.
Bamboo, water feature, lily, river stones, and tea lights if possible.

Oooo...oooo...and one of those sand meditation thingies with the rake.
Can you tell I wish I still had an office to decorate?

(not outsourced, just domesticated)

9. could we follow it up with chuck berry doing "josephine?"
yes, that HR person will be checking that employment application and now see the signs... he/she filled out "911" when asked to give a phone number to call in case of an emergency.

6. The secret is to only have one pile of unfinished work!
Most messy offices have the same problem. The occupant seperates work that needs to be done into multiple piles(that all grow).

All uncompleted work needs to stay in one in box. Then when you remove it from the inbox, complete the work and put it away permanently. If you can't finish the work put it back in the inbox, or never take it out to begin with. Take something out you can finish instead.

But stop moving piles around your desk. It just wastes time that you could be spending on the internet.

10. Put zippers all over everything...

Cover the entire floor and ceiling with taplights so that when you walk it looks like a Juston Timberlake video.

Lots of bubbles...cant go wrong with bubbles....
