The big Kerry plane story today? It had this interesting little fact in it. Now I'm even MORE happy that I spent all that money to see them in Charlotte last week!

:bounce:

WASHINGTON - John Kerry's presidential campaign is scheduled for takeoff Tuesday on a new plane designed for work and some play.

The Boeing 757-200 includes two conference tables, eight phone lines, a copy machine, a printer and a power outlet in every seat for laptops and cell phone charging. It also has a standup bar for socializing.

The plane is emblazoned "John Kerry" and "President" and can seat 94 in five cabins. The first cabin is for Kerry, a second contains the conference tables, a third for his staff and the last two seat the media and Secret Service.

Kerry has been using several chartered planes while waiting for his own to be finished. Most recently, he was sharing a plane with the band Fleetwood Mac.

2. Exactly
And I always knew Fleetwood Mac were Dems, Lindsey Buckingham especially. Have I mentioned lately that I've fallen in love with him? :D

4. They sure did :)
Of course, they sang Don't Stop, which is one of their worst songs ever, but oddly enough, when they played it the other night I got really into it!

As far as letting Lindsey know, I screamed as loud as I could :D

Killing our candidate is something the Evil Empire has done before
when they couldn't win any other way.

We don't want a replay of the 1968 campaign.

(or Carnahan/2000 or Wellstone 2002...)
