Peggy Lipton/Gwyneth Paltrow

I know that a lot of people don't like her but I've always found Gwyneth Paltrow kind of enchanting.

I've just figured out why.

She reminds me of a young Peggy Lipton, whom I loved when I was a child and "The Mod Squad" was on TV.

Paltrow looked almost exactly like the photo on the left when she as in the movie "Flesh and Bone". That was the first time she caught my eye.

Her name is Rashida Jones - she looks a lot like her mother and is quite beautiful:



She played the secretary on Boston Public for a season, IIRC, and has made a couple of appearances on Chappelle's Show as well.

She used to be on "Boston Public". I didn't know that that was who her parents were.

8. Another factor could be the giant light shining on her head

that most directors use. Granted, she's ~really~ hot, even for a blonde, but watch next time you see a movie with her in it. She's glowing/radiating because of the arc-light probably feet above her.

9. Are you talking about Paltrow?

I think I've seen what you are talking about. Although, the first movie I saw her in, "Flesh and Bone" where she plays a drifter/grifter chick, did make her seem so radiant, at least not that I remember. She was a bit hard and trashy in that movie but she was still enthralling. There's a picture on IMdB of Peggy Lipton with long hair and very little make up and her hair is kinda blowing in her face, that is what Paltrow looked like in "Flesh and Bone".

14. I just realized that...

...when I was over at Internet Movie Database. I've never seen the show. I would have watched if I'd known she was on it. Lipton was one of my first crushes when I was a kid.
