New Torture Rules have come out.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE TO ALL MPS:

1. From now on dogs will no longer be used in interrogations. Please substitute with cats.

2. When playing naked twister with detainees, please put back the game pieces.

3. When making the human pyramid, put the fat guys on bottom.

4. Refrain from pointing at the detainee's private parts. We all know they have small thingies.

5. No smoking.

6. All dog leashes should be returned to the quartermaster after use.

7. Remember, try to get information out of these people, its not supposed to be all fun.
