This week SUCKS! I need a hug...

This week has been the SHITTIEST week in a long time.

First I'm told that I can't get my vacation until who knows when because it's not going to be easy to find someone to cover me.

Then I'm told that I can't have off this weekend for our flea market (even though the table is already paid for).

I also can't make a trip up to the shelter on Saturday to pick up Basil because of work.

Misty, my baby, was chasing around in the yard yesterday and hurt her back leg. She's hobbling around on it and laying down a lot.

About the only good thing to happen is my mom getting out of the hospital.

I'm going to be early today. No one better wake me up, either!

I'm reminded of that old cartoon that used to make its way around the workplace occassionally.

You remember the one of the mouse standing in the shadow of a hawk/eagle about ready to swoop down on him? Remember what the mouse was doing? That's right! Giving the eagle/hawk the FINGER!

That's attitude! Sometimes that's the only way I can get by.
