2. Marty's a DINO
I really ought to see the movie again, but as I recall, he starts playing incongruous (80s style) rock music at the 1955 school prom. As a result, a waiter (a black guy) calls up his friend (who turns out to be a rock legend), telling him to listen to the music being played.

4. You're slightly mistaken
The black waiter was actually the singer/guitar player of the band that was playing at the Enchantment Under the Sea dance. He broke his hand helping Marty get out of a car trunk (the singer's car, actually) that Biff's cronies stuffed him into. The band was going to call off the gig because of the guy's injury, but Marty volunteered to play the guitar for them in order for his parents to dance and fall in love so he'd be born. They asked him to play one more song, he played Johnny B. Goode and the injured singer called up his cousin to tell him of the new sound of music he was hearing. The singer's name was Marvin Berry, but I can't figure out the identity of the cousin he was calling.

7. NO WAY!!!
Duh! Obviously it was Chuck Berry. The singer said his name in the movie. The line - "Chuck, it your cousin Marvin, Marvin Berry. You know that new sound you're looking for? Well listen to this..."
