Bobby Flay and Wolfgang Puck are both VERY overrated IMO. The worst meal I've ever eaten was at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant and that includes every crappy fast food meal I've ever eaten. Jamie Oliver should be the Food Network rep, even though he's English.

Bobby Flay was a real sorehead. I choose Mario. He is really extremely knowledgable, despite being a know-it-all. But my favorite Japanese chef is always Sakai. I like his cooking and his sensibilities. I will root for him, as well.:-)
