Was going to copyright the phrase "You're Fired" so he can start selling T-shirts and other merchandise with the phrase "You're Fired". I'm not sure how that turned out or if you already knew about it or whatever, just thought I should let you know.

4. Fortunately, satire is protected by the constitution.

When we came out with the Bush/Enron T-shirt, the company that produces the merchandise tried to make us take it down. I had to spend a few hundred dollars in lawyers' fees in order to keep selling that shirt.
