Downsizing of white collar jobs after 04 election
One aspect contributed to the supposed economic recovery is the efficiency and productivity of the work force.Less workers are needed but produce more, so this being the case then, in the news media segment of jobs I believe there will be a restructuring and downsizing particularly so if Bush wins. The large crowd of media whores shrilling for Bush now want be needed to shrill for him because he can't run for reelection and the Dems will be in totally disarray so not much to talk about from them.
Notwithstanding other segments of w/c jobs are already being outsourced.

Will white collar workers sit up and pay attention when their jobs are gone too?

'just sick of the media whores'

1. No, not really
"Will white collar workers sit up and pay attention when their jobs are gone too?"

People expected this to happen after all the IT work started flooding to other countries. Thanks to massive propoganda, most that still have jobs will still argue with you that free trade is a good thing.

We have to end media consolidation first. Clinton campaigned on addressing the problem but betrayed us all and made it worse.

Let's hope the next Dem elected does better.
