There are many times now when it seems that the people that are most deserving of the gitmo/tribunal treatment are the people that thought the whole thing up. How delicious it is to daydream about the coup participants being admonished by some real Judge about how these ideas were totally unconstitutional and inappropriate for anyone .....
except people that had done what they were charged with. So as soon as they were all tried & convicted under their own rules the system would then be outlawed in a more severe fashion.
