How hard is it to build a soccer field?
Edited on Fri Dec-19-03 11:10 AM by sasquatch
Remember when the Bush Crime Family tried to underplay all of the troop deaths in Iraq by saying the media won't report on the positives. So they talked about the hundreds of soccer fields they built for the Iraqi's. How hard is it to build a damned soccer field? Not very hard at all, it's the easiest sports theatre to build in all of sports. The only thing you to do is draw a half line, goal box, goalie box and two goals that could be made of anything. A football field is harder to make because you need to draw a yard every 5 yards, then put up the goal post. I just needed to rant because I saw the poor miserables stuck in Bush's oil war awnser the question why do the Iraqi's hate you? "Well they don't see all of the good we'll do for them." Now this might have been what they're told to say they couldn't say-"Because the only reason we're here is to steal their natrual resources DUH!! Where have you been." Because if they did they'd get court martialed and tossed out on dishonorable discharge. Cynics are welcomed to post here:)

2. Not very hard at all
Unless it's on the scale of Old Trafford or something.

3. you don't need to build a soccer field at all
that's why it's the world's most popular game. All you need is a ball (preferably a similar size and weight to a proper one, but you can get away with a tennis ball at a push). 4 items of clothing make up the goalposts. After that you just argue about how high the virtual crossbar is, and where the side lines are (or let the ball go as far sideways as you like). If the slope of the area is ridiculous, you just make you swap ends at half time (or beat up the opposition so that there isn't a second half  ).
It helps if there aren't any cluster bombs hanging around, of course.

Building soccer fields is a sign of people with too much time on their hands. Fixing the sewage system would be a better place to start.

4. You could basicly do this then
Make sure there arn't any "bomblets" laying around. Put two oil barrel trash can's on their sides. Then throw a piece of shit ball out on the field, that you don't want anymore. The troops aren't trained for nation building so they can't rebuild a country they can only fight. That's why the sewage system won't get fixed.
