WATCH: Dennis Kucinich on WorldLink TV Thursday night
As you may or may not know, the mass American media has been doing its best to discourage interest in the campaign of Dennis Kucinich for President. Most media has been reluctant to even mention his candidancy let alone discuss his platform issues. In the Democratic Presidential debates so far, they have tended to cut Dennis off far sooner than other candidates. In the most recent debate, we saw how Ted Koppel asked Dennis questions irrelevent to voters, but Dennis forcefully presented his stand on the issues anyway! Why the media has done this requires considerable explanation, which I will discuss a little about below.

But alternate media is not so obliged to corporate mandates. The Kucinich for President campaign has issued the following notice.

Link TV, the national satellite network, is offering public television and radio stations a new series, leading up to the 2004 Presidential elections: "The People's Voice - Election 2004," one hour in-depth interviews with the 2004 presidential candidates, beginning with Congressman Dennis Kucinich on December 18th at 7 p.m. PST (10 p.m. EST). Link TV is available in one of every five American homes on DIRECTV (Channel 375) and DISH Network (channel 9410). Link TV will be sharing the candidate interviews for free with public radio and television stations across the country and will stream the programs at www.linktv.org. The full interview transcript will appear at Salon.com.

Democratic Primary voters and others interested in preserving democracy in this country owe it to themselves to catch this in-depth interview to better understand the current political crisis. And it is a crisis! The major media has helped to create it themselves by their biased reporting which has largely turned into PR for the White House, not just during the current Administration but for the last several decades as "freedom of the press" has turned into "freedom of the owners of the press". And the owners are getting far fewer in number as their monoply power grows! Their power grows as our access to information decreases rapidly. Thank God for alternate media!

Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for us American citizens to recognize the fact that our beloved country has become a Corporate Military Empire bent on controlling the world's economy and is ready and willing to use military force to get its way! It is time to change course to peace and security for the USA and the world. Only through international cooperation will this happen, and as the current dominant superpower we are in a unique position to influence the future towards peace, instead of war!

Dennis Kucinich is the unique candidate who recognizes the huge problems we face - and the problems are mostly from within our own country! Let's inform ourselves about this and vote for Dennis Kucinich for President!

1. This is the best news I've heard this week...
last week Kucinich calls Koppel on media's careless attitude towards the most important issues facing our country, and this week I find out LinkTV is taking up the slack.

So much to be thankful for! It's like an early Christmas present! :)

2. I am planning on programming my pvr to pop up for it!
Did you watch the round table discussions late night? They had called him in between flights on the program titled, "Hijacking Democracy?"

Ward Churchill was a very interesting character and the ACLU guy was just now with the program :wow:
